No, you don’t have to. Krav Maga is for all people on all different fitness levels and with zero martial arts skills.
You will gain fitness, strength and flexibility through the training of Krav Maga.

You can wear any casual clothing you feel comfortable with. Just bring with you a bottle of water, a small sweat towel and you are good to go.

Previous experience is not required. In fact, starting with a clean slate is better in a sense that you won’t have to de-learn any potential bad habits from previous Martial Arts.

Yes, like most martial arts and self defence systems, Krav Maga is suitable not only for women but also for children and elderly people.

Training with us is very safe. We use various protective equipment like shin pads, groin guards, helmets, and mouth guards. Our training weapons like knifes, handguns, sticks are all made of rubber. Training martial arts and self defence can be done in a very safe way and our school pays great attention to safe training.

Yes, just like in other martial arts or self defence systems. However, in Krav Maga we offer an opportunity to experience different types of sparring. General boxing sparing, kicking with legs, grappling and ground fighting, and sparing using weapons such as knife, baseball bat and handgun.

Krav Maga is very easy to learn, you should start seeing good results in a few months. It does not require many years of training like in some other martial arts or self defence systems. Krav Maga can be learnt fairly quickly.

Yes, you can. After a few years of regular training, you can enrol on a General Instructor Course organized by Krav Maga Global and if you pass you can become a KMG certified instructor. Previous knowledge of any martial arts or self defence is not necessary.
